Sanela Tunović-Bećirović

A highly experienced communications consultant with more than 20 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, journalism, social media, media development, advertising and media monitoring. She has worked as the key communicator in a several international organizations in BiH, most notably in the Office of the High Representative (OHR), Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, International Commission for Missing Persons (ICMP) and the Independent Judicial Commission (IJC). As Public Relations Manager in Mercator Bosnia and Herzegovina she has gained valuable experience in FMCG industry. She worked on numerous EU and USAID funded projects on regional level including Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Albania and Turkey. Her core expertise lies in developing of communication strategies, planning and implementing media/PR campaigns, facilitating the use of efficient communication channels, developing and applying innovative tools to increase public outreach. Sanela has worked with the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) in Bosnia and Herzegovina on development and implementation of judiciary’s public relations strategies. She has extensive experience in delivering communications training to governmental and non-governmental organizations in BiH, as well as developing e-learning tools. She is the author of “Media Guide for Model Courts” (2006); “Media Relations Manual for Model Prosecutors’ Offices” (2010.); “Media Relations Guide for Civil Society Organisations” (2013.). Sanela holds Associate Degree in Business Management, BSc with major in Public Relations and is PhD candidate in Communications Sciences/Public Relations. In 2009, Sanela founded the Rent A PR Consulting Agency.



Jesenka Hadžajlija, mr. sci.

Jesenka holds a BSc with major in criminal sciences, and MSc in political sciences in diplomacy from the University Sarajevo. She is certified lecturer of the Directorate for European Integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina and BiH Civil Service Agency in the areas of: strategic communication, reporting skills; and communication in the European integration skills. Jesenka has successfully led the Promotion Department of the Directorate for European Integration for over 11 year, and was one of the communication pioneers in the area of proactive transparency in BIH Institutions. She was one of the advocates for the proactive transparency and open data. She has also gained experience in international missions and organisations, such as Malaysian Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Transparency International, European Union Administration of Mostar (EUAM), and OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Continuous education in communication was a guiding thread for Jesenka, as she has graduated from London School of Public Relations, but has completed numerous educations in the area of public relations, communication, national and international diplomacy. Since 2018 Jesenka joined the team of Rent a PR Consulting Agency, she is also working as communication consultant on EU-funded projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina.



Mak Kapetanović

Mak is a communications expert with, both natural affinity and extensive experience in the field of strategic and intercultural communications, particularly within creative industries and governmental sector. Has strongly developed skills in event management and media production, while the experience in the diplomatic sector has provided him with a set of competences that allow him to manage the most sensitive communication and PR processes. Mak is also acting as Cultural Attaché for the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in addition to his duties of Communication and Public Diplomacy Officer. Experience as a film and video producer Mak gained during his work for Look Ahead Productions; Volya Films and HUMA Humanitarian Media Agency. Furthermore, his experience was expanded in his role of Executive Director and Head of Marketing at Eastern Neighbours Film Festival - The Hague. The experience Mak has as a trainer and lecturer were developed under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Netherlands. Numerous clients highly recommended Mak as a trainer for his interpersonal skills and the ability to pass on the knowledge.



Amela Šuman, mr. sci.

Amela holds a BSc with major in economics and MSc in marketing from the University of Sarajevo. In addition to numerous trainings in the area of management, business skills and marketing, Amela holds a certificate for successfully completing “Reputation management” programme organised by “Reputation Institute”, Boston, USA. With over 15 years of practical experience in marketing and business development, Amela’s key competencies are in the area of strategic role of marketing and corporate identity. Her experience incorporates market research, development of plans and strategies, introduction of business processes, branding and product promotion, corporate and promotion. Amela was Strategic Marketing Director in Bosnialijek, Bosnia and Herzegovina for three years, also for Bosnialijek, she was the Manager for Customer Relation Management (CRM). She also worked within Prevent Group as Marketing Manager and Procurement Manager for Saniteks company. In 2017 Amela joined the „Rent a PR Consulting” as Executive Director.
